This is a combination of my drawing and painting techniques. The lines are taken from "Comet" (in the April archives) but the spirit is more from "Tango", the painting. A real hybrid piece.

Session 4:

Things are happening faster now.
Added a color wash to give more
visual layers to work with. The charcoal
lines are obscurred, but still there.
They will now get reworked to bring
them forward in the field.

Looks like another two or three steps
in the process will have it finished...

Stage 3:
The drawing has been done, using charcoal and dark blue pastel. More steps will follow.

The relationship of this piece to "COMET" in the April archives is becoming visible.
